Planning your wedding can feel like an enormous task initially but reducing it down to simple steps will help stop it from feeling quite so overwhelming.
It just takes a bit of organisation to keep everything on track when you’re faced with endless decisions, lists, deadlines, work and getting on with your life in between! You will have many balls up in the air at one time you will need a way to keep track of everything. The trick is taking things one step at a time and giving yourself plenty of time to plan, lastminute.com don’t do weddings for a reason, a longer timeline is your friend here.
After spreading the news of your engagement and actually enjoying that special time, the budget will need to be the very first thing you finalise to get the planning started. Your wedding should represent both of you as a couple so make sure to involve your fiancé in this step as well!
The most important thing to keep in mind is to try and enjoy it! It is supposed to be a happy occasion after all! Don’t get too stressed about the small details and focus on what’s really important: a happy marriage with the person of your dreams.
